Nothing but praise for the hotel, particularly the staff on the front desk. Really helpful and very friendly. The reason I didn't give a "5" for facilities was that there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Top Tip:
We went on the Sound of Music tour - not only was it great to see the locations, but driving through breathtaking scenery around Salzburg was a fantastic experience. Thoroughly recommend this.
