The staff were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location, warm, clean and friendly hotel.

Top Tip:
Go to the new town over the river ZUM FIDELEAFFE (Cheeky Moneky) restauarnt lovely meals. Go up the steps to the monestry for some lovely views of the old town.
