I requested more pillows and they were brought to our room in about 5 minutes - excellent service. On the day we were leaving, a lady came into our room without knocking to check the mini bar. She then disappeared and came back in (again without knocking) to refill it. I was shocked by this and didn't see the point in doing it at that time as we were checking out anyway. The rest of the staff were excellent. A bottle of wine in the fridge was actually filled with water but was replaced within a few minutes of me calling reception!

Fifth time I have stayed at N H Salzburg. Thoroughly recommend it.

Our only moan was that they supplied a tiny bar of soap which was not replenished and for 4* this was not really acceptable. However the staff were exceptionally helpful. This hotel offered two meals for the price of one and the food was excellent. Try the Tapas and eat your way through breakfast!

The hotel is slightly out of the centre but an easy walk to the tourist attractions in the old town. Very helful staff

This hotel is excellent in every way. It is a perfect distance from the town centre and Salzburg is so compact you can walk to all the major attractions easily. Breakfasts were amazing and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Lovely staff, and fantastic breakfast. The early morning cleaners did tend to wake us up a bit early though. Also would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 twins. All very minor points though.

hotel car parking is costly at 15€ for 24hrs.parking is free from 7.00pm untill 9.00am inside the blue line on the road outside the hotel.outside those hours 1€per hr up to 3hrs at a time. I have used this hotel for the last 3 years as a base for my skiing holiday.

Very nice, modern design. The only drawback was the bathroom - although clean, not matching with the requirements of a 4 stars hotel...too small and seventies style (it seems to be an old hotel which was modernised and refurbished - except the bathrooms)
