No restaurant for evening meal - very dissappointing. They have a roof top area for breakfast with a great view of Salzburg but it is not used for dinnerd - a real missed opportunity for both hotel guests and local clientel. Could be a real revenue opportunity! They have one individual trying to handle everything from checking in and out guests to dealing with enquires and guest problems. This means that everyone has to wait far longer than is reasonable.

The location of the hotel is great - 100m to the center of Salzburg. The room was a bit small and the furniture not the newest - but ok. The room faced backyard therefore it was very quite. The bathroom was brand new and very clean. The best thing at this Hotel is the bar in the 7th floor. You have the best view across the whole city of Salzburg, the castle includet. Half of the bar is indoor, half of the bar is outdoor. You can reach all "hot spots" of Salzburg by foot - and there are quite a lot of them.
