Located on the west side of the city, only 1km from the airport. The area also offers excellent shopping facilities. The centre of Salzburg is just 15 minutes' drive away and there are bus and tram stops a minute's walk from the hotel.

**The hotel is under rennovation and will re-open in the spring of 2008.** This is an ultra-modern, brick and glass property. The large, bright lobby features modern furnishings and an attractive marble floor. One side has full-length windows and on the other there are seats and tables where guests can relax. At the far end is the hotel bar. The medium sized guest rooms are comfortably furnished in bright, cheerful colours. Both guest rooms and bathrooms are in exceptional condition. The hotel restaurant is located off the lobby on the ground floor. It is modern and decorated throughout in yellow and grey.
